Chase Shakur Delivers WONDERLOVE

Chase Shakur just dropped WONDERLOVE, a 16-track album that’s packed with gems.

For me, UNDERCOVER ANGEL, LIMERENCE, and FACE IT are standouts. I can’t say how many times I’ve played UNDERCOVER ANGEL.

Chase has been carving out his lane, and WONDERLOVE shows his growth as an artist. If you’re not already familiar, now’s the perfect time to dive in. Start with my favorites.

ASCENSION2: Act II – Timeless Vibes from Ty Fontaine

Ty Fontaine’s ASCENSION2: Act II might not be brand new—it dropped back in September 2024—but it’s still worth mentioning. A throwback but not really a throwback, this album is a seamless ride of hits that still feels fresh. I played all the songs so many times and can easily run them back again.

The beats flow effortlessly, carrying you through each track like a perfectly curated soundtrack. If you missed it the first time, now’s your chance to catch up. No skips, just vibes. Run it back and tap in.

Jordan Adetunji Sets the Mood with A Jaguar’s Dream

Jordan Adetunji really did his thing on A Jaguar’s Dream. With 10 tracks, it’s clear this project is next-level.

Jordan’s been building up to this moment, from his breakout singles like “YOU & I” and “KEHLANI” to now delivering a hit album. One of the standouts on this project for me so far is “Bedroom.”

Check out his new album below.

Paris Bryant’s New EP: High Standards

Paris Bryant’s latest EP, High Standards, is a 5-song journey—raw, unfiltered, and deeply melodic. Born in PG County, Maryland, and refined in the Bronx, Paris went 5/5 on this one.

Tracks like “You Wylin” and “Jetski” stand out as instant favorites, showcasing Paris’ ability to balance catchy hooks with lyrical depth. Every track hits like it’s meant to be heard in a moment of solitude or shared in a room full of friends.

This release had me going back to his older work, and in 2022, Paris dropped A Trip To Paris, an album that highlights his versatility and talent. Currently, I’ve got “Club,” a standout single from that project, on repeat.

On Replay: 98Keem’s Sweet Talk

98Keem’s debut album, Sweet Talk, is a vibe from start to finish, giving us the sexy drill vibes we love.

Executively produced by 98Keem himself, the project blends smooth vibes with hard-hitting beats, showing off his creative vision. Consisting of 23 songs, he also brought in some talented producers and artists like Mali Smith, Matthew Ali, todumoon!, Vontee the Singer, SyFrm201, Lonny Love, SPACELI, and YNB 201.

Favorites for me? “Foreplay (4K)”, “SHE WANNA”, “WAISTLINE” featuring Vontee the Singer, and “WET DREAMS (Red Rum)” featuring Lonny Love are all standouts. And don’t sleep on “UH OH (Interlude)”, “POSITIONS”, “GYMNASTICS”, “FCK THAT”, “WHY”, and “Na (Outro)”.

So, basically the whole album because it flows seamlessly—it’s one you can play straight through. 98Keem came in strong with this one, check it out below.

Anike: Redefining Music with Her Album

Anike’s self-titled debut album is a powerful statement from an artist who’s redefined Christian music. Formerly known as Wande, she’s the first Christian female rapper to achieve major commercial success, tour with Lecrae, and collaborate with TobyMac. Her name change to Anike, meaning “someone you cherish,” reflects her renewed purpose of glorifying Yahweh.

The album features standout collaborations. My top tracks? “All Around”, “Have Fun”, “Ese Baba”, “Pray for Me”, and “Desires”. Each song delivering heartfelt messages and undeniable vibes.

Whether you’re a longtime fan or new to her sound, this album is a must-listen that celebrates faith, identity, and creativity.

Fivio Foreign’s”Plaqueboymax”

Brooklyn’s Fivio Foreign released “Plaqueboymax,” a track that blends his signature gritty delivery with an eerie, hard-hitting drill beat. Known for putting NYC drill on the map, Fivio has become one of the most recognizable names in the genre.

This latest release not only continues Fivio’s streak of bangers but also reminds fans why he’s a key figure in keeping the NYC sound alive. “Plaqueboymax” can be streamed below. Check it out.

Capella Grey’s Vibe Responsibly: The Afties

An EP I’ve been keeping to myself, Capella Grey’s Vibe Responsibly: The Afties is the perfect follow-up to his Vibe Responsibly Vol. 1. What makes this project even more impressive is that Capella not only delivers captivating vocals but also produces and writes his own music, making every track feel authentically his.

The EP leans into the vibe that comes after the party, when everything slows down, and you can just vibe responsibly. “Im Weak” is my personal favorite from The Afties.

If you’re looking for something to vibe to when the night winds down, Vibe Responsibly: The Afties is your go-to. Available on all streaming platforms, this EP is the perfect soundtrack when you want to relax and enjoy the energy of the night.

Top Tracks from Toosii’s Jaded Album

Toosii’s latest album, Jaded, takes listeners on an emotional ride through the highs and lows of life.

My personal favorites from Jaded are “Ok Whatever” featuring Kehlani, “Fuk You Mean”, “Fire and Desire”, “Foxxy Brown”, and “Fantastic”.

Jaded is available on all streaming platforms, and it’s an album that will resonate with anyone looking for music that speaks to the heart and soul.

Stream Rolling Stone by Roy Woods

Roy Woods delivered on his latest album Rolling Stone. I’ve been replaying “Hold Still” and “She Don’t Care Bout My Name” heavy, so you can start there. The whole album consists of 7 songs featuring 03 Greedo on the last.

Available on all streaming platforms, Rolling Stone is another solid addition to Roy Woods’ catalog. Check it out below.
